Meet the Team
Alexandra Lourdes
Alexandra Lourdes, Ph.D is a well known entrepreneur & the co-founder of Refined Restaurant Group, which specializes in creating unique & modern restaurant concepts that have now been widely recognized. Her restaurant brands include Café Lola, Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets, Pizza Anonymous, 3 Little Chicks & an online couture gifting site LolaXO.com Alexandra is also the co-founder of The Refined Agency, a social media and interactive marketing agency in Las Vegas, NV which has created one of the largest female empowerment events in Las Vegas, called Women Who Slay. Lourdes has been featured in several publications including: Vegas Magazine, Vegas Rated, and she was featured as one of the five most empowered Women in Luxury Magazine. Lourdes has received a commendation from Mayor Goodman as well as a previous winner of the 40 under 40 award. She also was recently featured in “The New Latina:100 Millennials Shaping Our World” which shares the stories of successful Latina’s in different fields. Previously, Alexandra held a position as the Academic Integration Coordinator at UNLV. She earned her Ph.D. at the age of 30 years old and her dissertation research and passion involves increasing the success rate of underrepresented students in education. She has over nine years of experience within development, community relations, student retention, program development, marketing and sponsorships. She is also taking the TikTok world by storm and has amassed over 1.8 million followers who enjoy her creativity, candor, and recipes. Alexandra is also a foodie, a wife & mom to her daughters Sophie and Mila, she enjoys sharing her motherhood tips & traveling all over the world with her family.
Lin Jerome
Lin Jerome, J.D., is an entrepreneur and co-founder of Refined Restaurant Group, known for its popular restaurant brands, recognized both nationally and internationally. These include the beloved Café Lola, the indulgent Saint Honorè Doughnuts and Beignets, the vibrant 3 Little Chicks, the elegant Sorellina Cucina Italiana, and the bold Emilio’s Contemporary Mexican Kitchen. A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas Boyd School of Law in 2012, Lin's entrepreneurial spirit flourished quickly after earning her law degree. In 2013, she founded Ladies Who Dine, a dynamic female influencer and philanthropic collective, which hosts exclusive quarterly events at Las Vegas’ most sought-after restaurants and nightlife venues—catering to the city’s thriving community of young professionals. In 2015, Lin co-founded The Refined Agency, a cutting-edge interactive marketing company specializing in social media, creative design, influencer marketing, and hospitality events. Her success with The Refined Agency’s innovative marketing strategies laid the foundation for the creation of Refined Restaurant Group in 2018, where Lin now plays a pivotal role in forging strategic alliances, driving commercial development, and leading the group’s expansion efforts. A true design aficionado, Lin’s eye for aesthetics has been instrumental in defining the interiors of Refined Restaurant Group’s concepts. She has been a driving force in both designing and securing the perfect locations for each of the group’s establishments, curating some of the most Instagrammable moments and stunning installations—many of which she has personally brought to life with her own hands. Lin’s accomplishments have earned her recognition in numerous publications, including Medium, Authority Magazine, Entrepreneur, Travel Noiré, and the empowering book "Hello Gorgeous! Empowering Wisdom from Bold Women to Inspire Greatness". Lin cherishes time spent with her husband, Stephen, who is both her business partner and culinary talent for Refined’s concepts. Together, they raise their beautiful daughter, Margaux, along with their beloved fur babies, Kingston and Saint. In her downtime, Lin enjoys Pilates, quality time with loved ones, and unwinding with a perfectly chilled glass of champagne.
Steve Jerome
Stephen Jerome is a Partner at Refined Restaurant Group, bringing years of hospitality experience to help shape the culinary direction behind the group’s diverse concepts. Originally from Auburn, New York, and now a long-time Las Vegas resident, Stephen earned his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. With over two decades in the industry, Stephen has become a respected leader in Las Vegas’ food and beverage scene. He’s had the opportunity to open and manage several award-winning restaurants with notable names like Wolfgang Puck, Elizabeth Blau, and Steve Wynn. His career includes leadership roles as Managing Partner and General Manager for Blau and Associates, overseeing celebrated restaurants like Honey Salt, as well as iconic projects like Trattoria del Lupo, Postrio, CUT Steakhouse, and Switch Steak at Encore Las Vegas. In these roles, Stephen led large teams, maintained high service standards, and focused on operational excellence. Stephen has also worked as an adjunct faculty member at UNLV's William F. Harrah Food and Beverage College, where he’s helped mentor future hospitality professionals. He earned his Masters in Hospitality Administration from UNLV in 2017, deepening his expertise in both culinary arts and business. Since joining Refined Restaurant Group in 2018, Stephen has been integral to overseeing daily operations and culinary development, crafting many of the signature dishes that define the group’s unique offerings. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife, Lin, and their daughter, Margaux. He’s a baseball fan, an avid foodie always exploring new restaurants and cuisines, and loves trying new flavors and experiences.
Michael Santos
Michael Santos is the Chief Executive Officer for Tailored Food & Beverage. After launching a successful restaurant franchise group in Las Vegas; Santos set out to help other restaurant groups sharpen their operations. Tailored Food & Beverage works with restaurant organizations who are looking to expand their organizational structure and market presence all while enhancing their operations. Santos works with each department and the restaurant operators to build the sole focus of serving the guests in all they do every day. From supply chain analysis to guest service training, Santos is operationally focused and guest minded. Prior to Tailored Food & Beverage Santos was the Chief Operating Officer for Raising Canes; overseeing Operations, HR, IT, Supply Chain and Training. Immediately prior to this position, Santos served as the VP of Operations and Human Resources. Under Santos’s leadership, Raising Canes grew to 15 restaurants in three markets in 9 years. With a passion for education almost as great as for the restaurant industry, Santos attended California State University, Long Beach and graduated in December of 2004 with Bachelors of Science Degrees in Finance and in Human Resources Management. Today, Santos supports Prostart - a program developed by the National Restaurant Association’s Education Foundation. Santos works as a Partner in Refined Restaurant Group overseeing Finance and Human Resources for the company.
